Happiness is within reach with this quick and easy meditation and we all need it more than ever. These days, with social media giving us the capability to hear, see and read everything that happens in the world immediately, it is sometimes hard to stay happy and positive with all the news we consume.

 

Whilst we can feel compassion, inspired to act even, we shouldn’t settle for the heaviness we sometimes experience because of the world’s goings on. Instead, we can have a say in how we feel because happiness does not happen to us. On the contrary, it is a mindset we can tap into through mindfulness and meditative practice.
