A 10-minute Pilates workout that's fun and super effective

The festive season is here and, let’s face it, for many of us that means out workouts go out the window. But with this 10-minute Pilates workout, it is absolutely possible to fit in a session. So, join us and enter the New Year feeling great.

A short heart-pumping workout is better than trying to fit in your usual longer workout and failing. Get up, stretch, and join me for 10 minutes of lunges, press-ups, bridge poses and some core work. This short, intense session will boost your cardio and increase your muscle activity.
