To kick-off this series, meditation expert Giselle La Pompe-Moore is here to guide you through a meditative nighttime skincare routine. Cleansing our skin is something we do every day and, let’s face it, when all we want to do is hit the pillow it can sometimes feel like a chore. This thoughtful, relaxing, meditation helps you to unwind from the day and really focus on the act of washing your face and applying your skincare.
