Discover your compass for personal wellbeing

At Rituals, we believe the ultimate form of personal wellbeing will be achieved by unifying body, mind and soul. So, we’ve created ‘The Art of Soulful Living’ along with a 13-point compass that guides you through key themes to discover what makes you truly happy.

The great thing about the compass is that you don’t have to work through it completely or make major changes in your life. Choose the themes you value, or follow the complete journey – it's up to you. In the end, it’s all about creating conscious routines and small habits that foster balance between body, mind and soul – bringing you closer to your true self.

So discover The Art of Soulful Living compass, and what the compass points can do for you, and let it guide you on your path to ultimate wellbeing. The journey starts here...

Reflection

We look after our bodies and we care for our mental health, yet we often forget to tune in to the voice of our soul. Wellbeing is about unifying body, mind and soul and reflection helps you to realign these parts of yourself.

Authenticity

Authenticity is about being true to who you are. Are the things you do and the reactions you give based on what society sees as successful or is it because you really truly follow your heart?

Purpose

The two most important days in life are the day you were born and the day you discover the reason why. Listen to the whispers of your soul, they shine a light on your purpose and allow you to bring more meaning to your life.

Passion

Without passion life would be meaningless. It empowers you to fulfil your dreams and desires; it’s the fuel that propels you forwards, enabling you to learn and grow. But most of all it makes you feel alive.

Awareness

Being fully aware of the world around you allows you to rediscover happiness in the smallest of things and will deepen your connection with the beauty of life. Embrace the art of attention, watch and truly see.

Gratitude

Cultivating an attitude of gratitude gives you a simple formula to experience more joy in your everyday life. All you need to do is open your eyes and see. Because’s there’s always something to be grateful for.

Positivity

Most of the time life is not a rosy fairy-tale; you’re not Cinderella and your pumpkin will not turn into a Porsche at midnight. So, will you let it go to waste or will you make pumpkin soup? The choice is yours…

Joy

Joy is that feeling when all the stars seem to be rigged in your favour. That life is perfectly fine just as it is. And you are the creator of it. For joy does not simply happen to you. You have to keep choosing it every day.

Compassion

Compassion is that silent force that lifts the spirits of everyone you give it to. Open your heart and be empathetic to the journey of others. Don’t judge, just listen, for compassion is the glue that holds us all together.

Kindness

Kindness is a blanket that covers even the most challenging situations with a soft embrace of soothing comfort. Be kind, always. Because your act of kindness can bring a life-changing difference into someone else’s day.

Mindfulness

Regret lives in the past and anxiety lives in the future, but joy and happiness live in the here and now. All you need to do is to be mindful of this moment and give it your full attention. For this moment is your life.

Forgiveness

Reliving the wrong that was done to you in the past, prevents you from seeing the beauty of the present day. Forgiving allows you to let go and move on. So, forgive yourself as well as others and set your soul free.

Love

Love is the essence of life. It is what we are made of, what breathes life into our existence and is the glue that connects all. Love doesn’t need to be chased, it’s inside you, so open your heart and let the love flow.
