Relax post-workout with our simple foam rolling session

Many of us have a love-hate relationship with muscle ache after a workout. Of course, massages can help to release some of the tension. But when you don’t have the time or budget, a post-workout foam roller session offers all the same benefits - and from the comfort of your own home.

Foam rollers not only stretch muscles and tendons, but they also break down soft tissue adhesions and scar tissue. By using your own body weight and a foam roller you can perform a self-massage or myofascial release, break up trigger points, and soothe tight fascia while increasing blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues. So join us with this soothing session for aching limbs, and you’ll be back in the gym before you know it. That’s how we roll!
