Harness the joy of spring with this blossom-inspired meditation

In Japan, when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom it is a wondrous time full of hope. The ancient Hanami viewing season is usually during March and April, which sounds like a fair amount of time to enjoy the blossom. But, in reality, as with life itself the fragile blooms are precious and fleeting, with a tree’s blossom lasting just a couple of weeks. The beauty of the blossom and its impermanence reminds us all that life is short, it should be enjoyed to the fullest and that we should stop to admire the beauty around us - found in both the small moments and the large.

Take some time now to follow this blossom meditation below. It won’t just help you to relax, it will inspire you to harness the joy of spring and be grateful for the beauty in your own life.
